Hello and a warm welcome to my site. My name is Katrina Love Senn.
12 years ago, I was overweight, tired and low in energy. I suffered with severe asthma, hypothyroidism and chronic fatigue syndrome. According to the medical professions these diseases were "incurable" but I did discover a way to heal my body and my life with no drugs, dieting or surgery.

Katrina Love Senn is an international yoga teacher, healer and author of the ground breaking book 'Losing Weight is a Healing Journey: A Woman’s Guide to Losing Weight Naturally'. She is also the founder of the online yoga magazine, Yoga Girl Revolution and teaches an annual 'Yoga and Healing Retreat' in Turkey.
